Vegetable Smoothie
The essentials:
Ingredients:
- 2 carrots
- 2 oranges
- 120ml water
- 1 cubed cm fresh ginger (grated)
- 1/2 banana

Method:
Simply place all ingredients into a blender and blend! We like to use our NutriBullet for this.

This smoothie is so fresh for the summer months. If you’re new to vegetable smoothies, this is a great one to start with as its just sweet enough too.
Carrots are packed with vitamins A, C and K. Oranges will also boost your vitamin C, whilst provide you with a good fibre hit.
