Simple Seabream

The Essentials

Ingredients 

  • 2 sea bream fillets
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp white wine
  • Salt and pepper

Serves 1

 

Method 

Preheat the oven to 180°.

Place the two fillets on a lined tray (we use tin foil). Squeeze 1/2 lemon over the two fillets. Cut the other 1/2 into chunks and place around the lemon.

Add salt and pepper and the chopped parsley and white wine to the fillets.

Place in the oven for approximately 8 minutes, until the fish is cooked through.

 

A little bit extra

This is lovely served with our warm winter salad or some sweet potato mash.
